The Open House was busy with multiple families viewing the property. Open House Review: 24 League

Driving up Culver and turning on Farwell, the street automatically turns into League. This home is towards the end of the street, past the post office, so the amount of traffic is minimal. As the largest model offered, it has a desirable bedroom on ground level and three bedrooms upstairs. It also offers a private backyard large enough to entertain. I visited another Woodbridge home, 33 Sparrowhawk, this week. This single story home is a zero lot line property outside of the Yale Loop. Though the homes on this side of the street are single family houses, it is directly across the street from some multi-unit buildings. Behind those buildings are a community pool, tennis courts and tot lot.

Open House Review: 65 Lakepines

This home is the largest plan in the Lakes Community of Northwood and has a rare attached two car garage. It is a two level townhouse with kitchen, dining area and living room downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs with a jack-and-jill bathroom. I have reviewed the same layout at 180 Pineview which sold in the summer for $437,888. That model had more upgrades in the bathrooms, but 65 Pineview opened up the kitchen wall and created a modern, open first floor.
