Between the time I viewed this open house and today, the condominium sold and is now accepting backup offers. 26 Lakepines is a two level condominium in The Lakes tract of Northwood. The home has been nicely remodeled and is move-in-ready. The added downstairs bathroom and the extra square footage for the built-on bedroom were not permitted, therefore are not included in the description and overall square footage, but the layout is definitely worth looking at.
