On Sunday, I visited an open house at 97 Mission #113 in Woodbury. This two-bedroom plus office townhouse has been on the market for about three weeks and had an offer accepted about thirty minutes before I arrived. They are currently accepting backup offers.

I am reviewing a home today in Northwood’s Vista Filare Community. The home has been completely remodeled and beautifully upgraded, but buyers should note that Culver Drive traffic is heard from the resident’s patio and is visible from the master bedroom. Just down the street from Sierra Vista Middle School, this home is walking distance to the middle school and Venta Spur Trail. It is a zero-lot-line property but with the high ceilings, bright rooms, and upgrades, it did not occur to me that it was a zero-lot line.

Once again, I am seeing evidence of a rapid-moving market. I visited 33 Abeto on its opening weekend and, within a few days, they had accepted an offer (though they are accepting backups). This model is the same as 1 Brillantez, which I reviewed a few weeks ago and which is now in escrow at $960,000 ($15,000 over the asking price). Let’s see how 33 Abeto compares:
