As of June 18, the home was accepting back-up offers, only after 13 days on the market. The home would appeal to any family looking to be walking distance to Santiago Hills Elementary School and in close proximity to Sierra Vista Middle School and Northwood High School. However the buyer should note that the empty field the property currently backs to is deemed for new construction of homes.

Open House Review: 22 Fort Sumter

As of June 10, just 7 days after the home was listed, the status of the home changed to “ backup offers accepted”. I was surprised with the high asking price at $531 per square foot, but the home is nicely upgraded throughout and has a good size yard. This is a single level zero-lot-line home in Northwood. With it being on the corner, it is not obvious that it is a zero-lot-line home. The one downfall is the location with 3 streets surrounding the home with Northwood on the back, Monitor on the side, and Fort Sumter along the front of the home. Traffic from Northwood could be heard, but the street is not as busy as Yale.
