I am reviewing a home today in Northwood’s Vista Filare Community.  The home has been nicely upgraded and is walking distance to the middle school and Venta Spur Trail. The property backs to Sierra Vista’s track and field.  It is a zero-lot-line property but with the high ceilings, bright rooms, and upgrades, it did not occur to me that it was a zero-lot line.

Beacon Park – Harper Collection Review

The Harper Collection at Beacon Park includes three different detached condominiums. Built by Lennar, there will be a total of 84 homesites. The homes are just across the street from the neighborhood park and diagonally across from the planned K-8 school. These look like traditional single family homes, with the garages facing the main street, rather than having a motorcourt behind the condos. The homes range from 3-4 bedrooms and from 1,693 – 2,019 square feet. There are three different building elevations for each model, including Contemporary Spanish, Art Deco and Contemporary.

Open House Review: 26 Cabazon

This home is a two level condominium sharing walls on both sides of the home.  It has a desirable first level bedroom and has a nice layout. It has no yard or patio but there is a green belt in front of the home.   Slated for the Tustin School District, the property feeds into Beckman High School.

Beacon Park – Ellwood Collection Review

The Ellwood Collection in Beacon Park is another group of single family, detached condominiums. There will be 71 condos built by Richmond American Homes. The collection is located at the south end of the neighborhood, but still a short walk from the planned K-8 school. There is a proposed neighborhood park adjacent to the Ellwood homes. The homes come standard with four bedrooms and at least three bathrooms; they range from 2,050 – 2,300 square feet. Each model has three elevations, including Craftsman, Mid-Century Modern, and Spanish Colonial.

Open House Review: 10 Bolinas

With a price drop since its original June listing, 10 Bolinas is competitively priced in today’s market. This home has a desirable first floor bedroom, a patio large enough for entertaining and an extra bonus room upstairs.  I was confused initially at which rooms were the bedrooms since the three rooms upstairs have closets, but the second floor lacks a shared bathroom, while the downstairs room only has a nook but has a shared full bathroom. The layout makes the home feel larger than the 1,886 square feet. Slated for the Tustin School District, the property feeds into Beckman High School.
