Today I am reviewing the Santa Maria model of Stonegate at 72 Thornhurst. The same model was for sale at 237 Kempton for $619,000, however this home is asking $645,000 but includes all furniture and appliances. It shows nicely and is move-in ready. The main living area is up a flight of stairs, while the garage and indoor laundry closet are found on ground level. Parking for guests is off the street.

Today I saw a two level home featuring a main floor bedroom in Northwood’s Park Paseo Community. It was a busy open house and the home seems to be priced fairly to sell in today’s market. The home is surrounded by 3 streets; Hicks Canyon backing to the property, Kara on the side of the home and Kara East running in front of the home. Children can walk to Santiago Hills Elementary School without crossing any streets.

I am reviewing a home today in Northwood’s Vista Filare Community. The home has many original features and could use some sprucing up but the property is walking distance to the middle school and has no mello roos. I was surprised by the higher square footage price for the amount of updating a buyer may be tempted to do prior to move-in, but the layout is nice and it has a small outdoor patio area.
