Today I am reviewing the Santa Maria Residence 1 Model of Stonegate at 28 Ovation.  Since seeing the home, the home has an offer on it and backup offers are being accepted.  The condominium is a corner unit with a den in addition to the 2 bedrooms. The main living area is up a flight of stairs, while the garage and indoor laundry closet are found on ground level. One unit is below this unit, but only one wall is shared on the side. Parking for guests is off the street which is also directly across the street from a community pool and park.  The home is slated for Stonegate Elementary School and Jeffrey Trails Middle School. The home’s furniture is negotiable for purchase.

Found in a quiet neighborhood of Woodbury East, this Santa Cruz detached condominium is move-in ready.   Located down the street from a tot lot and community pool, the home is slated for Woodbury Elementary and Jeffrey Trails Middle School, which are both located on the other side of Sand Canyon.  A new high school is opening in August 2016.  Buyers should be aware that there is temporary construction on the house backing to the property, resulting in some noise.
