In the middle of a cul-de-sac street, 92 Overbrook is a Plan 1 Santa Cara model in Stonegate. It comes with one bedroom plus a den on ground level, with a unit above it. Parking for guests is off the street, and the home comes with an attached 1 car garage. Traffic from Irvine Boulevard, which sits on the other side of the cinder block wall at the end of Overbrook can be heard from the front of the home

Open House Review: 49 Diamante

49 Diamante is located on an internal neighborhood street that is one of the only streets that is not a cul-de-sac street, but it bridges between two cul-de-sac streets. As of June 18, the home was accepting back-up offers, only after 13 days on the market. The home would appeal to any family looking to be walking distance to Santiago Hills Elementary School and in close proximity to Sierra Vista Middle School and Northwood High School. However the buyer should note that the empty field the property currently backs to is deemed for new construction of homes.
