Open House Review: 29 Eden

This home is nicely located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac street with one of the two community pools steps away from the home.  Not only is the home at the end of a cul-de-sac, but it also backs to a greenbelt, providing a sense of ultimate privacy.  I was surprised with the higher square footage price for a 3 bedroom home, but the location may be worth the higher price.

Today I am reviewing a two level home in Northwood’s Park Paseo Community. The Open House was bustling with people.  10 Christamon East is found on a larger lot and situated on a cul-de-sac street.  The home is move-in ready and has a beautifully hardscaped large backyard, but backs to Yale which is a shorter stretch of a 40mph street leading to Irvine Boulevard.

Today I am reviewing the Santa Maria model of Stonegate at 237 Kempton.  The condominium is a corner unit with a den in addition to the 2 bedrooms. The main living area is up a flight of stairs, while the garage and indoor laundry closet are found on ground level. One unit is below this unit, but only one wall is shared on the side. This home has a nice view of the mountains from its balcony and kitchen windows.  Parking for guests is off the street.

Today I am reviewing the Santa Maria, Plan 2 model of Stonegate at 243 Mayfair.  With an atrium and attached 2 car garage, this home provides a bit of outdoor space.  Within the past months, the same model on the same street has sold for $607,500, $615,000, $610,000 and $590,000.  Keep in mind some of the homes did not have some of same upgrades.

Coming into Woodbury, 72 Navigator sits nicely at the end of a cul-de-sac street.  It is in turn-key condition with many upgrades.  Last month a 4 bedroom with a loft, on the same street, sold for 1,160,000. For a three bedroom home that backs to Trabuco, let’s see if the home is priced fairly for the neighborhood?  The home had a price reduction from its July listing of $1,039,888.
