Today I am reviewing the Santa Maria, Plan 2 model of Stonegate at 243 Mayfair.  With an atrium and attached 2 car garage, this home provides a bit of outdoor space.  Within the past months, the same model on the same street has sold for $607,500, $615,000, $610,000 and $590,000.  Keep in mind some of the homes did not have some of same upgrades.

I am reviewing a home today in Northwood’s Vista Filare Community.  The home has been nicely upgraded and is walking distance to the middle school and Venta Spur Trail.
