Today I am reviewing the San Mateo model of Stonegate at 41 Oakfield, which is a detached condominium. The Open House had a few groups of people looking at the home and although the home has nice upgrades, the price seems high per square footage for a 3 bedroom home.

Today I am reviewing the Santa Maria model of Stonegate at 72 Thornhurst.  The same model was for sale at 237 Kempton for $619,000, however this home is asking $645,000 but includes all furniture and appliances. I am reviewing a home today in Northwood’s Vista Filare Community.  The home has many original features and could use some sprucing up but the property is walking distance to the middle school and has no mello roos.  I was surprised by the higher square footage price for the amount of updating a buyer may be tempted to do prior to move-in, but the layout is nice and it has a small outdoor patio area.
