This home has wood flooring throughout the first floor, remodeled kitchen and partially upgraded bathrooms. The patio has nice brick and is a welcoming. The carpet and paint are clean and the windows are decorated with the original wood shutters.
The front door opens to an entry way with the staircase and a the powder room straight ahead, the living room with high ceilings to the left and the dining room to the right. Beyond the dining room is the kitchen and small family room.
The living room has large windows, reaching up to the high ceilings, looking out to the community courtyard. With cathedral ceilings, the room is light and bright. A brick fireplace sits in one corner.
The powder room is remodeled with new flooring, decorative mirror, recessed lighting and a single sink.
Across from the powder room is a small dining room that can fit a decent size table.
The remodeled kitchen has a peninsula with some storage, granite countertops with full granite backsplash, wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Even with storage cabinets under the peninsula, there is still space for some bar seating. There is plenty of cabinetry for storage and the lighting has been upgraded to recessed lights. The kitchen opens up nicely to a small room that could be used as a casual eating area or a small family room. The garage entrance and a sliding glass door to the patio is found off of the family room.
The patio is found through the sliding glass door. It is nicely hardscaped with brick and has some plants lining the borders. It is a nice little space to bar-b-que and can fit a small table.

The master bedroom has high ceilings, which makes the room feel more spacious. It is smaller area in comparison to other masters that I have seen, but is a comfortable space. Three sliding mirrored closet doors spread across one of the walls. The bathroom is found through an opening, which currently does not have a privacy door, but looks like one could easily to be added, which could easily keep light and noise out the sleeping quarters.
Fully remodeled, the dual sinks are separate from the toilet and shower. The sink area has new recessed lights, decorative mirrors, updated vanity and neutral tile flooring. Travertine tiles decorate the surrounding walls. The shower has the same travertine tiles and is spacious, with a window.
The second bedroom looks to be the same size and may even feel slightly larger due to the layout of the windows. However, the bathroom is smaller and the closet only has 2 sliding mirrored doors. The vanity area is open to the bedroom, with a single sink. Like the other bathroom the sink area is nicely remodeled with new lighting, flooring, travertine tile wall surround and a new single sink vanity. There is a separate tub/shower combo in a separate room to the side. It is original with 4×4 white tile surround, but in great condition.
9 Filare is a nice home with a great layout. The location is ideal with the front facing the community amenities. I like how, although a smaller home, it still has a living room, dining room and family room, as well as an outdoor area to enjoy. This home would be perfect for a small family or even adults who would want an attached bathroom in their bedroom.
