Today I am reviewing a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium in Irvine Springs.  It is an upstairs end unit in good condition.  The home has one carport, a balcony with a view to the little stream, a laundry facility nearby and a community pool.

With one covered carport space, visitors can park in visitor designated spots, or off the street in front of the community.  Once upstairs, the entrance is located to the left. It overlooks neighbors across the way, as well as the community’s stream.  The windows are original, but the rest of the home has many upgrades and is move-in condition.

Upon entering the home, the living room has high ceilings and a ceiling fan.  It is a light and bright area with a sliding glass door and additional natural light shining in from the kitchen windows.  The floor is laminate wood in the living room, carpet in the master bedroom and tile in the kitchen and bathroom.  The walls are cleanly painted in neutral tones.

To the left is the sliding glass door leading out the balcony.  The balcony has space for a few chairs.

The kitchen sits behind the living room with a small eating space in between.  Although the kitchen has little cabinet space, there is a nice pantry in the corner.  It has ample counterspace to work on.  A mixture of stainless steel and white appliances, along with granite countertops and white painted cabinetry show nicely.

Double doors lead you from the living room into the bathroom and bedroom area.  Once through the double doors the bedroom is to the left and a bathroom is the right, with a wall separating the areas.  A ceiling fan is mounted and it is a spacious bedroom with a window facing out towards the community stream.  I like how the two closet spaces are located in the bathroom area.

The bathroom has a single sink and, like the kitchen, has white painted cabinets and a granite countertop.  To the right is a separate fiberglass tub/shower combo.  It is in clean condition.

If you are looking for a one bedroom area in Northwood, this is a spacious, bright condominium.  I like how this top floor unit has high ceilings and lots of natural light.  The only downfall is not having laundry within the unit.
