Found in the gated community of Northwood’s Bella Rosa, the open house was crowded and the realtor mentioned a couple of offers had come in.  It is a detached condominium with a highly desirable ground floor bedroom.  The home is in turn-key condition and feeds into Northwood Elementary School, Sierra Vista Middle School and Northwood High School.

There is a small front yard and a little covered porch that fits a couple of chairs outside the front door.  Upon entrance the staircase is found in front of you while a hallway consisting of a bedroom, laundry room, bathroom, and garage entrance is to the left.  To the right is the kitchen, dining room and living room.  High ceilings are found throughout the home, along with plantation shutters, nice distressed dark wood floor and tile floors in the bathroom, kitchen and laundry room.
  

The downstairs bedroom has multiple windows, bringing in an abundance of natural light.  With high ceilings, the room felt more open.

Next to the bedroom is the laundry room, large enough for side by side appliances with a set of cabinets above and on the opposite wall sits a counter area with upper and lower cabinets.

Across the hall is the bathroom with a single sink and a shower stall.  It is in clean, excellent condition.

The kitchen, dining room and living room flow throughout the same great room.  The kitchen is large with plenty of cabinetry and counter space.  Granite counters and decorative tile backsplash decorate the kitchen with a nice island in the middle.  While there is not a pantry in the kitchen, there are two doors on each side of the dining room entrance that can be used as a pantry/storage.

A medium size dining table fits nicely in the dining area.  Glass French doors are found in the dining area, opening up to the narrow side yard, currently decorated with a small fountain.

The living room is a standard size and has a fireplace next to the built-in entertainment center.  A ceiling fan is mounted on the high ceiling. Access to the back patio is found through the single glass door along the back wall.

The back patio can fit a small dining set and bar-b-que.  It is nice to have a private outdoor area to enjoy.

Three bedrooms and a small loft area are found upstairs.  The loft is found at the top of the staircase.  While it is only a narrow, small area, it can fit a narrow desk or bookshelves.  Extra space is always a bonus to break up a second level.

To the right is a hallway with a hall closet, bathroom and a bedroom.  I like that the bathroom is not attached to the bedroom, which provides easier access to guests and to the other bedroom.  The bathroom has a set of linen cabinets next to the dual sinks.  There is a separate tub/shower combo which is in clean, excellent condition.

The bedroom is a good size with a walk-in closet.  Multiple windows bring in lots of natural light.

The hallway to the left of the loft comprises of a small secondary bedroom and the master bedroom.  The secondary bedroom is quite narrow and small.  Some people may not like the room locations of the second floor with one secondary bedroom sharing a wall with the master bedroom, and the shared bathroom sharing the wall with the other secondary bedroom.

The master bedroom is a large room with space for a desk or sitting area to watch television.  A decorative ceiling fan is mounted above the bed.  Two walk-in closets are found on each side of a short hallway, leading to the master bathroom.  There is no privacy door installed, but with the bathroom set back past the closets, and the location of the sinks immediately behind the walk-in closets, noise and light won’t be as apparent as other models that open up directly to the vanity area.   The dual sinks are separate, each located on each side of the open doorway.  There is a large soaking tub and separate shower.  The bathroom is in excellent condition.

The home shows nicely and although the living room and one of the secondary bedrooms is on the cozier side, it is nice to have a detached home with a private outdoor area. A ground floor bedroom is also highly desirable and harder to find. Not only does the community have a pool and Jacuzzi, but the community also has thrown summer movie nights for neighbors to enjoy.
