Found in the Cachette neighborhood of Woodbury, this three bedroom home has many upgrades throughout. The price has been reduced from $810,000 to $795,000 and on January 13, the price was further reduced to $765,000 and received an offer.  It is in turn-key condition and one nice advantage is the home does not share any common walls and has a small outdoor patio space.  The home is slated for Woodbury Elementary and Jeffrey Trails Middle School.

Upon entering, there is a small entrance area with a half wall looking into the living room.  There are multiple windows in the entrance area and in the living room, bringing in natural light.  Wood floors flow nicely throughout the first level.

The living room has a decorative ceiling fan and built-in shelves next to a fireplace.  The room is rectangular and consists of the living room, dining area and kitchen.  Off of the dining room is a sliding glass door leading out to the private patio.

Although the patio borders the next door neighbor’s side of the home, and their upstairs windows have a view into the patio, the space is narrow but large enough to furnish a small table, chairs and bar-b-que. It is nice with an outdoor area to utilize.

The kitchen island separates the kitchen from the rest of the great room. Black granite countertops and darker wood cabinetry, along with black appliances furnish the kitchen.  A nice size pantry sits on the back wall.

 

A small powder room with a pedestal sink is located in the short hallway in the back, next to the garage entrance.

Iron-worked railing with a carpeted staircase leads up to the second floor, which has carpeted bedrooms.

Upstairs has a set of linen cabinets and a laundry room with space for side by side appliances.  A set of nice stained wood cabinetry sits above the washer and dryer.

The two secondary bedrooms each have a decorative ceiling fan installed.  They are similar in size, each with a smaller window and dual sliding closet doors.

The shared bathroom has a single sink and a tub/shower combo.  It is in excellent condition.

The master bedroom is a good size.  Two walk-in closets are found on each side of a short hallway, leading to the master bathroom.  There is no privacy door installed, but with the bathroom set back past the closets, and the location of the sinks immediately behind the walk-in closets, noise and light won’t be as apparent as other models that open up directly to the vanity area.   The dual sinks are separate, each located on each side of the open doorway.  There is a large soaking tub and separate shower.  The bathroom is in excellent condition.

Overall this condominium is private, has nice upgrades and is in clean, good condition.  The price drop was enough for someone to make an initial offer and they are currently accepting backup offers.
