Located in Stonegate, this updated and modern townhouse is move-in ready. There were a few people at the open house. Although I find the square footage price on the higher side, if you enjoy modern accents then this home is worth looking at. The only thing that was not favorable is that the hum from Irvine Boulevard could be heard from the patio, but 119 Baritone is located 2 streets over from the traffic, which helps with reduction of any noise.

The front door is found along a row of homes running perpendicular to the street that guests would park on. The property shares only one wall, which gives the feeling of more privacy and space. The downstairs has modern features, while the rest of the home is basic but clean.
Upon entering, the staircase is to the right with the coat closet located on the first staircase landing, a couple steps up. A hallway sits in front of you with a small storage closet, guest bathroom and the garage entrance. The first things that caught my eye were the light wood-looking ceramic floors and the glass and brushed nickel stair railing.
The powder room also left an impression with its black textured paint, design of the walls and the decorative mirror.
The great room consists of the kitchen, living room and dining room. The living room keeps the customized modern look with built-in speakers, 3D leather panel wall and custom window treatments. Windows line the back wall, bringing in an abundance of natural light.
The kitchen island separates the two spaces. There is space for bar seating at the island. The kitchen has white cabinetry, granite countertops, full tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances. There are plenty of cabinets for storage and there are two nooks built in within the cabinetry for wine glasses and a microwave. The dining area is located to the side of the kitchen, flowing seamlessly into the area. A modern chandelier hangs above the table.
French doors leading to the backyard is found off of the dining room. The back patio area is more spacious in comparison to other condominiums in the area. With most of the yard hardscaped, there is a fire pit with space for furniture. There is no grass, but some plants and trees are planted, lining the cinder block wall.
After walking up the carpeted staircase, the master bedroom is the first doorway to the right. It is a standard size room with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The bathroom is found through an open doorway. Without a privacy door, light and noise may affect someone who is still in the bedroom while the bathroom is occupied. The flooring is vinyl. Dual sinks with a decorative backsplash are found across from the tub/shower combo. On the far end is the spacious walk-in closet.
A laundry room sits next to the master bedroom. There is space for stackable washer and dryer, with a set of tall white cabinets to the left.
The shared bathroom is basic with white cabinetry, white countertops, and white tile in the tub/shower combo surround, but it is in excellent condition. Like the master bathroom this also has vinyl floors.
The two secondary bedrooms are similar in size and each comes with dual door closets. One is slightly larger than the other.
The home is in move-in condition. It is nicely situated close to the amenities and elementary school. There is a nice flow and a larger yard compared to some of the townhouses/condominiums in the area.
