The home has been nicely remodeled and is move-in-ready. The added downstairs bathroom and the extra square footage for the built-on bedroom were not permitted, therefore are not included in the description and overall square footage, but the layout is definitely worth looking at. Unlike some of the units that look over the community’s stream, this home has a completely private patio, fenced in, but backing to Park Place.

The home is a middle unit, sharing walls with neighbors on each side, so windows are only on the front or back of the home, but with the large windows and skylight, the home is light and bright. The kitchen, dining area, living room and half bathroom are downstairs while the bedroom, loft and bathroom are upstairs. It is move-in ready with scraped ceilings, new windows, new distressed wood flooring, clean carpeted bedroom, updated lighting, remodeled bathrooms and laundry hookup relocated from the patio to a closet upstairs.
Upon entering, you have the view to the over-sized sliding glass door at the back end of the home. The staircase is in front of you with the kitchen immediately to the right. The kitchen is remodeled with granite countertops, modern backsplash, light wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. There is no pantry in the kitchen, but a pantry was seamlessly built under the staircase diagonally across from the kitchen. The kitchen offers an open view to the rest of the first floor.
The dining area is located on the other side of the kitchen peninsula. It can fit a small table. The living room is a nice size with an added half bathroom in the corner. The fireplace and patio’s laundry closet were removed in order to provide the desirable powder room and extra space in the living room. After reviewing other homes with the same layout, I definitely prefer having the half bathroom downstairs.
The new large sliding glass door leads out to a small private, fenced patio. There is space for a small table and chairs and a bar-b-que for entertaining. On the other side of the fence is Park Place. It is a residential street that dead-ends at the end of the community, so traffic noise should not be a huge factor.
The stair railing has been updated with decorative iron balusters. The closet at the top of the staircase houses the stackable washer and dryer. The relocation of the laundry area from the patio to the upstairs closet is another desirable upgrade. To the right is the original loft/bedroom with the bathroom at the far end. However, this home has an added bedroom with windows looking over the patio area. The bedroom has lower ceilings but space for a large bed and some storage. I like that a private bedroom was built. The loft area is currently used as an office and family room. 
The room opens up to the bathroom vanity. The bathroom has a nice skylight overhead. The single sink sits in the middle of the walk-in closet, located to the left, and the separate tub/shower combo to the right. The walk-in closet has a nice wood organizer. The separate tub/shower has new glass doors and hardware. The tub surround has nice neutral tile. Everything is in excellent condition.
The modern, clean condominium has a great open layout. The updates definitely add value to the home and it does not surprise me that an offer has already been made. The home is walking distance to the walking paths and stores. For a one bedroom home, this property offers plenty of space and comfort.
