Yes, much higher than the weeks before. 12,000 square foot monster at 23 Cactus closed for 6.5M.
2000 sq ft Bougainvillea at 54 White Sage sold for $510k. Sounds like a deal but I have kept up with prices in that tract.
I also found it interesting how close in prices the Summit Regency homes in Turtle Rock were.
