What would you think if I sang out of tune,

Would you stand up and walk out on me.

Lend me your ears and I’ll sing you a song,

And I’ll try not to sing out of key.

Oh I get by with a little help from my friends,

Mmm I get high with a little help from my friends,

Mmm I’m gonna to try with a little help from my friends.

What the hell is it? A shed? Is that where the neighbor parks his mower?

    This market is comical.

Meanwhile, us bitter renters get to watch as the entire industry collapses on its own weight.

When we see on the OC register site that condo sales are down 45% from last year…….you gotta wonder how good the crack cocaine is in Irvine……Yes, I can sell my outhouse for $600,000….pass the pipe !!!!

It is only a matter of time before the RE agents cannot afford the gas for their MB and they have to take clients to see house on bicycles….

I continue to see the three D’s….Denial, delusion and dementia in the housing industry among homeowners and realtors. Six hundred dollars per square foot? Oh, yea… this will end well.

Why not put it for $1000 per sq ft? All you need is one Sucker!! Isn’t a sucker born every minute?
